Description:

Gemini Systems is looking for a person with 8 years of technical, hands-on-code experience with deep knowledge of J2EE technologies and frameworks, including GWT.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of technical, hands-on-code experience
• Strong demonstrable J2EE skills (4+ years experience necessary)
• Deep knowledge of J2EE technologies and frameworks including GWT
• Comfort with AJAX-based UI, and proficiency with JavaScript are mandatory
• Document management experience preferred (Documentum a plus)
• Proven technical leadership experience with production delivery of several large-scale applications solving complex business problems using Agile methodology
• Personal accountability for delivery on past projects leading teams with 5-10 members required
• Practice applying architectural & design patterns to elegantly solve real problems (not simply following a blueprint provided by others)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and inter-personal skills presenting a levelheaded and professional demeanor
• Clear English diction, both in person and over the phone is a must

Academic Qualifications:

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
