Description:

Gemini Systems is seeking an outstanding Portal Architect and Project Manager. The successful candidate will manage multiple customer accounts, service high value projects and deliver enterprise portal solutions to our clients. Must have a minimum of 3 years consulting experience and 5 years experience with IBM technologies including WebSphere Application Server, and WebSphere Portal.

Requirements:

• 5+ years with IBM technologies including WebSphere Portal and WebSphere Application Server
• 5+ years experience in J2EE development (EJB, JMS, Web Services)
• 3+ years experience with a consulting organization
• Experience managing multiple clients’ needs
• Experience managing software development life cycle, from project planning and design to quality assurance
• Lead team and process to achieve productivity, quality goals and customer satisfaction
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal & written) regarding technical and non-technical concepts
• Strong analytical and problem determination and resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish professional working relationships with varying levels of both business and technical personnel

Academic Qualifications:

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
