Description:

Gemini Systems seeks a seasoned Senior Enterprise Architect to provide strong leadership to a team of Gemini IT architects and provide IT services to customer organizations.

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience with architectural designs and strategies , including experience with client-server, distributed host computing and multi-tier, multi-generational web applications
• 7+ years experience developing increasingly complex and sophisticated software, of which 4 years were at the senior/architect level in a J2EE architectural context
• 5+ years developing software in a WebSphere or core J2EE custom-software development environment
• 3+ years consulting experience
• Solid experience architecting and documenting complex large scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal & written) regarding technical and non-technical concepts
• Strong analytical and problem determination and resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish professional working relationships with varying levels of both business and technical personnel

Academic Qualifications:

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
