Description:

Gemini Systems is actively seeking exceptional advanced system architects. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, strong J2EE development background and 7 years experience with IBM technologies including WebSphere Portal, Lotus Connections, Lotus Quickr, IBM Mashups and Lotus Sametime.

Requirements:

• 7+ years with IBM technologies including WebSphere Portal, Lotus Connections, Lotus Quickr, IBM Mashups, Lotus Sametime
• 5+ years experience in J2EE development (EJB, JMS, Web Services)
• 3+ years experience with a consulting organization
• Proven ability to deliver complex applications to the enterprise
• Experience managing software development life cycle, from project planning and design to quality assurance
• Lead team and process to achieve productivity, quality goals and customer satisfaction
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal & written) regarding technical and non-technical concepts
• Strong analytical and problem determination and resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish professional working relationships with varying levels of both business and technical personnel

Academic Qualifications:

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
