ROCHELLE PARK, NJ – January 15, 2014 - Essextec (Essex Technology Group, Inc.), an IT and business solutions provider servicing the northeast US, plans to expand its offerings by acquiring the US operations of Gemini Systems. Gemini Systems, located in New York City, is a technology consulting company which specializes in delivering information technology solutions based on the IBM Software portfolio. Essextec currently offers a wide range of scalable infrastructure, business risk solutions, and managed IT services. The addition of Gemini Systems’ US operations will expand this suite of solutions and services to include comprehensive big data analytics, mobile, and social business solutions, as well as Gemini Systems' software development and IT automation capabilities.

The combined entity will provide services and solutions to clients in the northeast US. Gemini Systems Worldwide will continue to work with clients outside of the US and team with Essextec and the US operations of Gemini Systems for offshore services.
