Gemini's Shared Vision Workshop (SVW)

Led by a seasoned facilitator, Gemini’s SVWs are a structured, rigorous process for soliciting business requirements from a group of disparate business users. Rather than a purely creative exercise, SVWs focus on the creation of rigorous business models that encapsulate system requirements. They include:

The Vision Prototype serves as the primary communication vehicle between the development team and business experts with regard to system functionality.
